Class Descriptions:
WAC! : The WAC! class is a sure way to get you burning calories, strengthening your muscles and
burning fat! When time is of the essence, this 45 minute class incorporates exercises for your arms,
legs, bottom and tummy and ends in a 5 minute relaxation / cool down to unwind, leaving you
feeling re-energized! The class is designed to suit any fitness level, men and women, and children
15 +. Minimum 3 people per class, maximum 6. Please book to avoid disappointment. Classes free
for members, $12 for non members.
PILATES: Pilates is a mind and body program which aims to strengthen your core muscles,
improve your posture and focus on your stability and mobility. It is a body conditioning program
designed to teach efficient movement patterns and provide general well being using controlled
exercises and deliberate breathing patterns. It may also assist in relieving back pain. Pilates focuses
on integrating the mind and body to increase muscle control and balance by enforcing consciously
controlled movements to ensure correct muscle sequencing. The program requires concentration
and improves body awareness. It will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, helping you to
incorporate its principles in everyday life to improve general well being. Minimum 3 people,
maximum 4 per class. Please book to avoid disappointment. Friday morning class is an individual
class. $10 for members $15 for non members. Monday 7pm class is a 6 week course. $60 for
members, $80 for non members.
Relax & Rejuvinate: A mind, body, spirit session, focusing on flexibility, mobility, balance and
core stability. Ending with meditation, you will leave the class feeling supple, refreshed and
revitalised.
