Silverdale Fitness Studio is a boutique style studio, providing a non intimitdating
atmosphere so that you can workout in a friendly, exclusive environment. It prides itself
of exceptional customer care, where you are treated as a valued member and not just a
number. A qualified personal trainer is on duty all times so that you can have full support
during your workout and get your questions answered! Silverdale Fitness Studio's
aim is basically to promote healthy living and improve quality of life through regular
activity and balanced diet, no fad diets and unfulfilling promises!

I'd like to thank all my members for their votes and
continuing support and loyalty, my goal is simple, to
promote healthy living and regular exercise, it is a great
feeling when I hear clients saying they are no longer in the
type 2 diabetes risk, or they have reduced their
medication due to exercise, or that they have reached
their goal size and maintained it, it's a great feeling
knowing I have helped people improve their health, I only
hope I can reach enough people so that everyone's quality
of life can improve! I'd also like to thank my parents for
their support over the years, thankyou to my friends and
lastly my husband for backing me up all the time!
