Mission Statement
Silverdale Fitness Studio is a boutique style studio, providing a non-threatening, relaxed and supportive
environment so you can focus your attention on your workout, without feeling self conscious. Silverdale
Fitness Studio has a proven history of, and prides itself on exceptional customer care, so you also know you
will be treated as a valued member, not a number.
A qualified personal trainer is on duty at all times ensuring you have full support during your workout and
can answer any questions you may have.
The aim of Silverdale Fitness Studio is to promote healthy living and improve quality of life through regular
activity and a balanced diet with no fad diets, quick fixes or unfulfilled promises.
I'd like to thank all my members for their votes and
continuing support and loyalty, my goal is simple, to
promote healthy living and regular exercise, it is a great
feeling when I hear clients saying they are no longer in the
type 2 diabetes risk, or they have reduced their
medication due to exercise, or that they have reached
their goal size and maintained it, it's a great feeling
knowing I have helped people improve their health, I only
hope I can reach enough people so that everyone's quality
of life can improve! I'd also like to thank my parents for
their support over the years, thankyou to my friends and
lastly my husband for backing me up all the time!
